What services do you offer?

We offer both physical therapy and personal training services. I do not believe that rehabilitation stops when symptoms cease. We get to create a plan of care that will help you achieve all of your unique goals - big and small!


How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form —we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.


What should I wear?

Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move around in, that will not restrict your ability to move around during evaluation. Pelvic floor evaluations may require various degrees of undress - this will be discussed with your provider during your session. We will make sure you are comfortable.


What is the cancellation policy?

We understanding life requires flexibility. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.


Do you take my insurance?

We are a cash-based clinic, meaning we are not contracted with any major insurance providers. This allows me to treat outside of the constraints of the insurance-based model.
