Our Rates
Physical Therapy
$175/hour
Your initial session will include an in-depth discussion on your medical and movement history, a hands-on evaluation of pertinent body regions, and an initial plan for you to begin implementing day 1. You will work 1:1 with a licensed Physical Therapist - no use of aids or assistants. Each respective session will build on concepts to restore more optimal movement patterns, reduce pain, and promote independence with your wellness and exercise program. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs that week - if a new goal arises, we will pivot to make sure you have a clear path to work towards!
Pelvic floor specific evaluation is very similar to orthopedic evaluation. We consider both global and local musculoskeletal dysfunction - often there are multiple regions that we will need to address. Specific instruction for internal pelvic floor evaluation will be discussed in-clinic. We will only ever perform evaluation and treatment skills that you are comfortable with. We are a team, but you’re in the driver seat.
Personal Training
$130/hour

Whether you’re chasing athletic goals, building resilience, or simply wanting to feel more energized day to day, we’ll guide you past “rehab to baseline” and into a space of lasting performance and vitality.
Your initial session will begin with a discussion on your present and future exercise and performance goals. In this time, we will also review any pertinent injury history that may influence our plan. We will craft long-term goals for health and overall wellness, including holistic considerations for mindfulness, rest, and restorative nutrition. Together, we will develop a plan that fits your life and lifestyle. Each week we will build on concepts from our previous sessions to ensure progressive growth toward your self selected goals.

Conveniently located in the Jefferson park neighborhood, inside the Diamond Hill Office Complex. There is free parking available to all patients. When you enter the building, go down to the garden level and find Suite C40 to start your wellness journey.
